Abstract

The levels of RNA, protein, and the activity levels of aspartate aminotransferase [9000-​97-​9] and alanine aminotransferase [9000-​86-​6] in the cerebrum, cerebellum, and medulla oblongata of thiamine [59-​43-​8]​-​deficient chickens increased, indicating an augmentation in the activity of protein synthesis.
