Abstract

The isobaric analog resonances in 71As [16685-​55-​5] were studied with the 70Ge(p,​p) reaction at 3.9-​5.3 MeV. The anomalies in the excitation functions were identified as the isobaric analog resonances in 71As. Resonance l-​value assignments are presented. States are tentatively assocd. with levels in the 2nd well of a deformed Ge nucleus.
