The isobaric analog resonances in 71As [16685-55-5] were studied with the 70Ge(p,p) reaction at 3.9-5.3 MeV. The anomalies in the excitation functions were identified as the isobaric analog resonances in 71As. Resonance l-value assignments are presented. States are tentatively assocd. with levels in the 2nd well of a deformed Ge nucleus.
